I just had the most relaxing 2 hours here. I started with a classic massage from Verenice; she used just the right amount of pressure, made sure I was relaxed, and made me feel comfortable the entire service. Then I had a facial with Lena and wow! She is a great conversationalist, knows what she’s doing when it comes to what your skin needs, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I left feeling incredible and with my skin glowing! 10/10 recommend!

I booked a 100-minute massage and called approximately 8 hours before my appointment because I was concerned I might not arrive on time and requested to reschedule for the following day. I was informed that any change within 24 hours results in a 100% charge, even when rescheduling rather than canceling. I was also told that if a client is sick, an MD note is required to avoid being charged. This policy is extremely rigid and unreasonable for a wellness service. Although I ultimately arrived on time and proceeded with the massage, the service itself was unacceptable. My experience was so poor. I’m going ask for the general manager to reach out to me. I just emailed the location so I hope I can follow up this review with some satisfaction that my concerns were addressed. But for those that think about coming here, be Leary as I just received the worst massage experience of my adult life..

I’ve been a client at this location for several years, but unfortunately the quality of service has declined significantly. The front desk staff has become increasingly rude and unhelpful, and even something as simple as receiving a response regarding my membership cancellation required repeated effort on my part. During one of my visits, I also had a very negative interaction with one of the massage therapists. Instead of creating a relaxing environment, I was pressured into coming back on a weekly basis—something beyond both the monthly membership I had and my budget. Been coming to this hand and stone since before the recent relocation and have never had a bad experience. The front desk are really kind and Yaimi is an amazing massage therapist. I always leave feeling much better and would recommend Yaimi to anyone who wants a talented massage therapist.
