Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

Been coming here for about 4 or 5 months. I highly recommend Angela. She is amazing. I leave feeling AWESOME every time. Between the massage and the stuff we talk about, its like double therapy..lol. The check in service is friendly and the facility is clean and calming.

I love the spa and all the services. This summer the booking of appointments has been a disaster. The receptionists need more training on how to use the system! It is very frustrating to try to book something relaxing and not have the appointment booked on the right day and time. Most recently I had to call 3 times about a gift package I was sending my daughter.

My review is for both Crystal G and Gracie. My most recent visit there was June 5th (my birthday). They are both very knowledgeable, professional, personable, and have great insight on my needs, any issues/concerns that needed to be addressed..and I always felt great after my sessions. Unfortunately I cancelled my membership for other reasons, nothing to do with the establishment or them (obviously). There was a reason they were my go to's when I booked (when available).

I had an exceptional facial session with Sariah this evening. She was incredibly professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. Her expertise and gentle approach made the entire experience both relaxing and rejuvenating. Sariah took the time to explain the treatment options and tailored the session to meet the specific needs of my skin. I would absolutely request her for future appointments—her skill and care truly set her apart. Thank you for the outstanding service!
