This is one of the very last places that delivers amazing customer service still. The front desk staff is attentive, knowledgeable and professional. The massage team is top notch. Pumla may be the best masseuse in the Tampa area. There is never a long wait and always a clean atmosphere and fair prices.

Great place to sign up if you want AWFUL communication, poorly trained front desk associates and lack of management support. Someone being “new” is not an excuse - train them better. Being a member means absolutely nothing and they don’t seem to like to explain any of the fine print to you like the “sign up incentives” with expiration dates. Neck wraps are never given out even though it is supposed to be a member service. Malik is a great masseuse but unfortunately works here where I will never return nor recommend to anyone.
