Had a diamond glow facial for the 1st time. I thoroughly enjoyed it!! My esthetician was Cecilia. She did a GREAT job! I am LOVING the results! Can't wait for my next service from her!

My wife signed up for a subscription to H&S and they charged our card for her subscription and someone else’s! I repeatedly tried to get them to fix the issue and refund me the money, but they refused. They ended up charging me over $1100 in total for someone else’s massages.

I should do this more often! I had a wonderful experience at Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Wayne. I've been dealing with a rotator cuff injury and it has made the rest of my body tense as I've been overcompensating. After the massage, my body feels balanced again. There was such ease with making the appointment and fitting this into my day. This spa is conveniently situated along route 30, near many places I visit to dine or shop. There was ample parking when I arrived, which I appreciated on a snowy day. The front staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable when I arrived.
