Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I should've did this last month, I apologize! My experience was phenomenal!! My massage therapist was "Shaun"! He's extremely nice and professional! I can't remember her name, (I'm sorry) she was so kind and courteous. She was African American....she was so knowledgeable and professional. I can't wait until my next visit!

When booking a spa reservation, most of us expect a relaxing, pleasurable experience. Unfortunately, mine was frustrating and anything but peaceful. The Hand and Stone franchise’s computer system seems unable to retain client information. This was my third visit, and each time I was required to complete the same ten minute questionnaire again. The app never worked properly, and no one could resolve either issue. After several other glitches, I gave up and canceled my membership.

Jessica is an awesome massage therapist at Hand and Stone. I followed her here from another facility, because she’s that great. I had other experiences but she’s the first person who actually tended to the problems I was having. Hand and Stone is an upscale, clean, comfortable, and accepting environment. The staff are so friendly and nice. I have the monthly plan, it is so worth it and affordable. Please, treat yourself, and see Jessica, you won’t regret it.

Can’t say enough good things about Hand and Stone! This is a great place that is nestled in the heart of Vestavia Hills, making it the perfect spot to fit in with my busy schedule. I have had both massage therapy services and a facial - both were excellent! I have really enjoyed my membership, because it makes getting regular massages super easy (which I desperately need), but it’s also very accessible to people who just want an occasional massage. I have tried many massage therapists here, but Jessica is the best! She is really friendly and has great technique that really works out all the knots in my muscles. You should definitely try this place if you haven’t! Your body will thank you!
