Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I had the best experience at this spa in Vero! I had a facial from Julie and have already rebooked with her. She is so knowledgeable and passionate about helping me understand how to take care of my skin. This was such a relaxing appointment that I actually fell asleep during it.

I typically see Shannon once a month for a facial, she is absolutely amazing. She is very friendly, and it is easy to see how skilled she is when it comes to skin. Today I got the opportunity to recieve a facial from Julie, the newest esthetician at this location. She is also very skilled, and very informative. Megan, the massage therapist, is extremely good at her job, super kind, and I genuinely felt like a new person after recieving a massage from her. The front desk staff are wonderful, they're very helpful, informative, and sweet.

Being a member for over three years, I have nothing but great experiences w/all the staff at this location. Currently, Hannah is who I book for massages and she is outstanding, knowledgeable and very helpful w/tips on stretching, etc. Amanda is who I book for facials and she is wonderful, thorough and very skilled as an aesthetician. Both are interested in my well-being, converse the right amount in the room/during my hour and apply the perfect pressure during both procedures. They are the reason I keep returning each month as I feel amazing when I leave! 5/5 🌟

My therapist did a really good job as far as my preferred pressure goes but I specifically asked for one side that bothers me to be worked on and he worked on the opposite side almost the whole time because he thought “it would be tight too to compensate” and also all the appointments are on the hour, he called me back 10 mins after and by the time he went over everything and I got ready in the bed I’m sure it was 15 after and he stopped on the next hour mark as “my time is up” so I only got a 45 minute massage instead of a 60 because there was no timer started when he started, they just go off your booking time, AND I was 10 minutes early for appointment. Getting called back 10-15 minutes after my appointment time is okay but don’t short my paid time. Also when I went to check out the poo
