Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I was gifted a massage here for Christmas. So, first time here… Booking an appointment was easy, I did it on line. Upon arriving today, 1/15/24, staff was busy rebooking people due to weather/employee sick calls. I waited about 5 mins before I was greeted/helped. Waited an additional 7-10 mins, before I was taken back for my one hour massage. I arrived 15 early. Natasha (sp) 1/15 @ 10:00. Did a fabulous job. She asked great questions, and listened. She was also very clear with her massage plan, and did exactly as she said she would. Massage was great! Perfect amount of pressure! Exceeded my expectations. Thank you very much! I asked about their membership program, great benefits, easy to pause/freeze or canceled with just 30 days notice. Why not?! Great first experience. Facility is clean.

I’ve had multiple facials with Kaylee and every single one has been wonderful! She is so gentle during extractions in my opinion and always takes the time to be very thorough. I love how she explains each step, lets me know what my skin needs, and gives me different options so I feel informed about my care. My face always feels glowing and refreshed when I leave, she truly works magic. I couldn’t recommend her enough! Plus, the two ladies at the front desk (9/26) were great and so helpful with scheduling my next spa day with a speedy check in and out.

Love the place and the massages are simply amazing. The staff here are top of the line! The waiting area is so classy, and music is so soothing. Very welcoming environment from the moment I walked in the doors.

If I can give less than 1 star I would. I purchased a couples massage for my wife as an anniversary gift and we have not been able to take advantage of this service yet due to being cancelled and rescheduled 3 times by this lousy establishment. Why on earth would I even want to have a massage at this point by them. They comped a facial for my wife which was nice but still does not fix the amount of hassle and waiting to get this massage done. Update - After meeting with Spa Manager Elise, I requested that I be refunded and at least a complimentary couples massage at this point, she couldn’t do that without ownership approval. How can a manager not make a decision for this business?

I received a gift card for Hand & Stone and it was my first experience with their massage. Cathy did a wonderful job! It was both relaxing and therapeutic!
