I recently had an absolutely wonderful experience at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa and I can’t recommend them highly enough! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. The front desk staff were friendly and professional, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The entire space feels like a true retreat right here in Burlington. My massage therapist, Ericka, was phenomenal. She gave the best massage! What really stood out was how she took the time to explain her process throughout the session — checking in on pressure, describing the techniques she was using, and making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I LOVE HAND & STONE...for so many reasons, and quite frankly five stars is just not enough. It should be 50 stars. On every level of customer service, they are absolutely outstanding. From the moment you walk in, you receive the VIP/ROYAL treatment. I was greeted by name, from the front desk to the manager.. They offered me a hot towel for my neck, (yes please) water (of course) went over my massage and then met my incredible therapist, Erica. Just amazing!! The massage was out of this world...She.got out all my kinks and left me feeling on top of the world. We just moved to North Carolina and was disappointed that there was no Hand & Stone locally. But, could not be happier there is one here now. We were members of the Hand & Stone in NJ for 15 years. They always treated us very well.
Great massage! I highly recommend it!
