Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I have been going here for 9 months, they are constantly having staffing issues, someone is calling out sick, someone has car trouble etc. One one occasion they called me to try to get me in earlier they stated because someone was sick, when I explained I could not come in earlier they did not put me on hold and the staff members were discussing their "excuse" because they did not want to stay that late in the day (clearly this was not due to illness) the owner called me but did not even apologize, when I finally rescheduled for another day they simply offered me an aromatherapy add on to my service. It is rather frustrating to book appointments that they are often calling me to reschedule due to their staffing problems yet if you ever have to cancel last minute they are quick to charge yo

I had such a good experience at Hand & Stone! The staff is super friendly and the whole place had such a calm, relaxing vibe. I went in for a massage and a facial, and both were amazing. The massage therapist really listened to what I needed and focused on the spots where I had tension and it made such a difference. And the facial was also so good! My skin felt clean, soft, and just overall refreshed. The esthetician was really sweet and knowledgeable.
