Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

This was my first massage at Hand & Stone and it was amazing! Check in was easy, they gave me a tablet where I answered questions and preferences for the massage. Maybe took less than 10min. After that, Latoya took me to the room where the ambiance was amazing! I did get a prenatal massage and was not sure how exactly they would be able to work on certain parts of my body but they accommodated me very well. She gave me recommendations on how to lay with a pillow and when I needed to shift, she would let me know. She was very kind and nice. At the end, she also brought me an infused drink to ensure stay hydrated. The facility was very nice and you could tell they took time in designing this facility. I would highly recommend a massage here and Latoya was amazing!

90 minute massage with Stephanie. Excellent all around. Beautiful waiting area and lovely staff. They have a monthly service package they offer but they are not pushy about joining. Would highly recommend and have already booked my next service. Address says Sumterville- its downtown Middleton right across from the school.

Love Dawn, she's a fantastic esthetician! And Mel was super helpful over the phone! 💜 At the time of this review this location is still newly opened and many at the reception desk are still in training, so you may have to play a bit of phone tag if there's something you need resolved 😅 I'm sure once all the staff are fully trained and more of the shops in the surrounding area have opened this will be an excellent location to visit 🥰

I recently had a facial with Lauren Sullivan and it was truly incredible experience. My skin went from dry and dull to glowing, hydrated and plump. I’m looking forward to my next visit.
