Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

Excellent hot stone massage with Joseph this morning! I was given a gift certificate from family members and had the introductory massage and upgraded to add in hot stones. It is so worth it and a fantastic upgrade. There truly is nothing else like it. The location was easy to find, very clean, the front desk staff extremely welcoming and Joseph was friendly, kind and very professional. He carefully explained everything before he began and released many knots gently in my neck, back, arms and legs. It was one of the very best massages I have ever received. I highly recommend both Joseph and Hand & Stone and hope to return soon for another hot stone massage. Thank you.

I’ve seen Larissa for facials twice now, and my most recent visit included a peel to help with my hyperpigmentation. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, really listens to your concerns, and makes you feel completely comfortable. The environment is relaxing and welcoming. Highly recommend seeing her! I received a facial by Shannon a couple of weeks ago and left feeling absolutely AMAZING! My skin was glowing, and I went home with the knowledge and products I needed to keep my skin hydrated and fresh. The pa itself was very clean, and the staff was extremely welcoming. I will definitely be back for another facial and am even considering booking my very first massage here with Natalie. At check out, I overheard her speaking with another client and was so impressed by her knowledge of the muscles and the helpful advice she gave about working out knots at home in between sessions. Do not go to Hand and Stone. I was left in pain for days after a massage; it felt like I had shards of glass all up and down my back. It was absolutely horrific. I talked to them twice and was kind. They chose to charge my account for a future membership and claimed I was unclear that I did not want a membership. I mean, come on - who does that? I literally told them I did not want a membership, and called back again to make sure that everything was canceled and I was assured that it was. I even said because I do not want to be charged and I will get the names of the woman that worked at the front desk, but she assured me I would not be charged .
