Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I have been going to this Hand & Stone location for a while now and I love it! The front desk staff are very nice when you walk in and very helpful if you need to call them! Kaelee is a wonderful person to get a massage from! She has helped me to keep track of the progress of the tension in my shoulders and back and has been great with suggestions for what might help to release those tensions. She is also very nice to talk to!

Sarah is amazing! She’s done 3 massages for me and my body feels so relaxed after. Shes been using the tiny hot stones which help to loosen my neck and shoulder tight areas. The staff is so friendly and helpful with any questions. While I was waiting I even got a warm neck wrap and tea when the weather was super cold which helped relax my body before the massage. I would definitely recommend their services.

The good first: Kailee is an incredible massage therapist and I loved her services-firm touch, very knowledgeable. The not so great: this place is incredibly corporate. I was paying for the monthly membership club for a number of months and only getting 50 minutes of massage for an hour long price. I also booked hour-long massages to find out while I was already receiving the massage that I was booked for 90 minutes? It was very strange.

Came here on Saturday, started off not on a great foot. It was 3 of us for a facial and massage. Well only one of us could get the massage. Long story short we didn't massage but we all did get a facial and booked our massages of another weekend. Even though the whole thing was frustrating and upsetting the staff did an AMAZING job accommodating for the situation. My facial with Bianca was amazing so was so personable, so friendly, she knew her stuff when it came to talking about my face and what it needs and what should possibly consider in the future. Overall super happy with the experience I even signed up for their membership! Can't wait to keep coming here :) Thank you to all the ladies that helped me and my friends on Saturday!!

What a gem Hand and Stone is in St. Louis Park, Minneapolis! Relaxing aesthetic and atmosphere from the moment you walk in. My daughter and I visited on 1/23/26 and she had a massage, I had a facial. We were immediately offered something to drink and given a warm compress for our neck and shoulders while waiting. The staff is friendly and inviting! The services are top tier! Would recommend 100% A+++
