Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I’m super impressed with the manager, Shanna. She’s personable, professional, and thorough. Without me mentioning the details, she went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I also want to say Isaiah is THE TRUTH!! I left so relaxed and satisfied after last massage. I will ONLY go to Karen for my facials. She not only gives me great facials, but she educates me along the way. Who would have ever thought I would get a microdermabrasion. It’s because of Karen that I am able to elevate my facial care. ❤️

I went in for a prenatal appointment about 3 months ago. Being that I was 9 months pregnant I was very specific, but I was told that it was ok. I was told that I would have everything I needed to ensure a comfortable massage. When I got there, what I was previously told was not true and I did not have a relaxing experience, but the manager was nice enough to offer me a free service when I returned. Now, when it is time for the free service a different manager, Ahmad, said that my situation did not justify a free massage. Everyone was nice. I just don’t like that they were not able to up hold their word. I did not ask for a free service, I was offered one. I will not be returning and if you are pregnant or respect when establishments up hold their word, I would not recommend.

This new Smyrna location of Hand and Stone is wonderful, I so appreciated how quickly they got me in and my masseuse, Cheryl, was one of the best I’ve ever had! I went in with a lot of pain in my back and left feeling so much better that I slept through the night for the first time in ages. She was so kind and really focused on the areas that needed healing, I can’t recommend her or this location enough!

I received two great massages from Darcy. She found tight areas that I didn't even know I had. She released the muscle tension and I walked out feeling so much relief without the soreness that I’ve experienced with other firm massages elsewhere. And I can’t say enough about the staff at the front- they are so friendly and hospitable. You feel welcomed as soon as you walk in and they are genuinely happy to see you and glad you came. I also love they are open 7 days a week and late on weekdays. This guarantees I can work around my inconsistent schedule every month to get a treatment (or two). 5 stars all the way!

Hand & Stone is my go-to relaxation station! All the therapists are incredibly skilled at what they do - if you have a preference on massage style, the front desk can help steer you to the best choice for you. For me, that's Amber - she's super thorough, friendly, funny, and really gets to the root of my tension with results that last. Yvette, Liz, and Stephen are all excellent as well, in my experience. My wife and I both consider our membership here an essential!!
