Ashley is absolutely incredible. Before each session, she takes the time to talk with me about what areas need attention and whether I’d like to add any enhancements, such as hot stones. During the massage, she checks in about whether I prefer quiet relaxation or light conversation, and she always adjusts to what I need. Her skill and intuition are outstanding — she truly knows her craft and delivers an exceptional massage every time. I’ve been seeing her exclusively for the past year, and I book several months in advance because she’s just that good. Ashley is an amazing massage therapist at Hand & Stone, and I’m so grateful to have finally found someone who understands what my body needs and genuinely listens to her clients.

Jalene is a great listener and caring about the people she sees. Really focuses on the root cause for her clients skin issues to provide great results. Very informative about what she is doing and the reason behind it. I currently see her for some stubborn acne issues I have been recently experiencing.
