Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this experience warrants one. I contacted Hand & Stone after seeing an introductory $50 offer on Facebook and immediately called the Reynoldsburg location to ask about a couple's massage. I was told the price would be $139 plus tax after the discount, which I was excited about. The massage itself was great. However, at checkout, we were told the total was $139 EACH. At no point during the booking process were we told “each.” Had that been clearly communicated, we would have chosen the $79 each introductory individual massage instead. When I expressed that the pricing had not been explained properly, the only response I received was “sorry,” with no effort to resolve or clarify the situation. I had an amazing facial at Hand & Stone and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the esthetician explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. My skin felt incredibly smooth and hydrated after.
