Alicia was amazing. The massage felt like a continuous motion with the right pressure at all times. Alicia certainly takes pride in her work and she’s passionate about ensuring her customers get the most benefit from their sessions.

I came in and got greeted with good hospitality then I got an incredible facial from Lexi. She truly is great as what she does. I suffer from very sensitive skin that isn’t easy to work with. When I left my skin was absolutely glowing and feeling so calm. 100/10 highly recommend.

Tatyana was Amazing! She is the real deal. I have gotten a hundred massages before due to my leg injuries and this one is by far the best I've had. The location is clean and very organized and you really do get treated with so much kindness. I can't wait to come back.

I am a monthly member and typically use the Anthem, AZ location. I am hesitant to lower the overall rating of this location without giving the team an opportunity to address my experience. During my recent visit, I encountered several issues: The massage was advertised as 60 minutes but lasted only 40 minutes. While the facial itself was satisfactory, approximately 15 minutes of the session were spent on upselling additional services totaling $160, which would have been included within the already paid session time ($240 total + tip), rather than extending my appointment. This reduced the time actually spent performing the facial. After we finalized a treatment plan, which was the treatment plan I already specified when I booked, the esthetician left to gather supplies, further cutting

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Alicia! Such a friendly massage therapist and really worked to get me relief in my neck and back. Her massage was like magic and I look forward to coming back to spend my hour of me time with her. I found my forever masseuse and I love it!
