Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I have ALWAYS received Excellent Services and professional interactions with the therapists and the front desk girls! My FAVORITE therapist is Chelsea, she listens to your needs and performs the massage accordingly. Never had an experience less than Exceptional.

Update: They did finally call me and offered to refund my payment. They stated they will work with this therapist and apologized for the awful experience. Horrible experience with a “massage “ therapist. Unprofessional, totally unacceptable excuse for a massage, there was no massage. Location never responded to my follow up email. Absolute waste of time and money. **Owner that responded below, I did email you and you never responded. Obviously you have terrible standards and do not care to make it right....

My last 3 sessions were canceled by Hand and Stone. They claim that they tried to reach me to relay these messages. It's funny how I receive calls and texts to remind me that I have an appointment but when they cancel on me I don't receive the calls or texts they claim to have sent/called. I only find out after I drive there to only waste my time and gas.

I booked the massage for my husband as a birthday present. I booked the 1 hour sweedish massage with Hot stone upgrade. We arrived 10 am. My husband used the bathroom than sat about 5 minutes or slightly less which is not bad at all. While my husband enjoyed the massage we were extremely disappointed that the massage itself was not anywhere near an hour long which is what was paid for. It is disappointing because we would of loved to rebook for other services in the future. Your experience may be different but this unfortunately was ours.

Recently had a facial and a massage at this location. Alexia was my masseuse, who created a relaxing environment for me all throughout my massage. I loved her massage technique and she incorporated small details such as providing me with a hot towel under my neck while she worked on my feet. She also allowed me to smell some essential oil during my massage which was a plus. Dana did my facial and she provided me with valuable feedback on my skin and education on what exfoliate solutions to use. I enjoyed my appointment and felt that I was treated with care.
