Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I’ve been going to Hand and Stone Plymouth for three years, and Sarah (my massage therapist) has always been wonderful. She’s always professional and friendly, but most importantly she gives great massages for whatever specifications you ask for. The rest of the staff is always friendly as well, and the environment is clean and relaxing. Definitely recommend.

I had an awesome experience with Anna for my facials!! She not only listens to your problems but crafts a plan to fix it and gives long lasting solution!!! Her facials are great, she goes an extra mile for you and offers great facial toning massages!! It’s an experience which leaves you relaxed and rejuvenated !!

Alyssa does a great job. She always finds my knots and massages them away. I had 2 total knee replacements almost 2 years ago and my legs and feet still get tired after a busy day. Alyssa eases that pain away. Thank you Alyssa!

Been a member here since 2017. They constantly charge varying amounts of money out of my account at various times. I called 5 days in a row to freeze my monthly subscription and no one returned my email or call until after the fee comes out of the account. I have 30+ packages to use but they conveniently never have openings!! If I could give ZERO stars I would!! Impossible to work with. Then when you may have an emergency death in the family they still will charge you for the appointment you had AFTER you called and cancel it and got verbal confirmation that it was canceled!

First of all the people at Plymouth are great, massages are perfect! MANAGEMENT is purely awful. I’ve tried putting a hold on my membership because I’m planning a wedding and would like the extra funds. I have now tried to get ahold of a manager for over a week, with never a phone call back. Well now I will take it up with my bank. And they will not get another cent from me. If you do the membership just know it’s very hard to put a hold or cancel. You’re out of luck!
