Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

First off Katie my massage therapist is incredible and does an excellent job, I wish she worked at a different place. Now the reason for the one-star review. I showed up for my massage only to find out that they canceled my appointment for no reason... and even though I had an appointment it would be at least a month or so before they could get me in... Most people understand that when you schedule a massage it's more than just one hour, there's the time to get ready and of course the drive out and back... it's several hours involved of your personal time and to have them cancel my appointment for absolutely no reason was very frustrating... it was made even more frustrating when I had to stand there and watch another customer get taken back by Katie to do the massage that I had scheduled.

I was in for my first massage today and the massage itself was wonderful but I will not return. When I first arrived and was checking in, I found a brand new crisp $100 bill tucked into the front of the display case by the register you could tell that a customer put it there as a surprise for the next person kind of like to pay it forward thing. I pointed it out and said wow $100 bill and the receptionist took it from me and said oh thank you. I said yeah if no one claims that I’d like to apply it to my massage, she laughed and said oh really, and then disappeared into the back. I went in the back for my massage and when I came out, I asked her if anybody claimed the money she said yes it belonged to one of the massage therapist. It was one of their tips. I didn’t make a big deal out of it

Had an amazing diamond glow facial with Rachel yesterday! My skin looks and feels noticeably better and I would highly recommend it! Rachel really listened and personalized the facial to my skin and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Great experience!!!

My employer treated me to a facial a number of years ago and it was a decent experience. I booked a last minute appointment at 9 am for a facial on Wednesday, 6/11 at 2pm. I originally requested a facial and massage but they only had a facial so I got a massage at a local place. When I was leaving my massage, I was rear ended and shaken up. My brother came to get me and I asked him if he could call and cancel my facial.. since I was supposed to show up in 45 minutes. He called. They cancelled. The text day while I was looking at cars, I received 3 texts and 3 voicemails asking that I pay a cancellation fee for $35 because “things escalate further”.. I got upset because they did not advise my brother I would pay a fee and I feel harassed and threatened, so I sent them the voicemail for thei

I just returned from a massage, and tbh I don’t even know what happened, the staff member was extremely too hard , many points during my massage I asked for less pressure, and many times I said “ok that’s enough”. Definitely not relaxing and I wouldn’t be surprised if I get bruising, it really was that bad. The front desk asked me how it was and I said , honestly it was rough, she just shrugged it off , and asked I wanted to leave a tip.
