I maintained my membership for 7+ months at this location, specifically - I recently had to cancel my service and I cancelled via text. I did not know this wasn’t an acceptable way to cancel, as I didn’t have the text bounce back to me. I did get a confirmation text day of but figured it was just automated so I didn’t think twice. I noticed a charge for half the price of the service. I called and left a voicemail, no response. I called again a few days later and got Renee. I can not say enough about Sabrina! I have been going to her for about 2 years now. She is incredibly knowledgeable. She takes the time to learn what your needs are. She explains the products she is using without trying to "sell" you, which i appreciate. She is always smiling, positive and upbeat.

Services that I took were wonderful. The problem came when I tried to cancel. I had to cancel because I had a change in financial situation and could not afford it anymore. And secondly, I was not in the area anymore anyway. Twice I was told I had to wait for the manager to be on site. She called me back about a week later after I tried 2 or 3 times to get it cancelled in house. Then she had problems cancelling. When she was finally able to cancel, she told me that the next payment would still come out. And that would be the next calendar month but technically five weeks later. So then, I thought OK that won’t be a problem. My points will build up and I will just take advantage of the services that I was pre-billed for.
