Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I visited Hand & Stone on my birthday a big thanks to the Assistant Manager Lina who was there every step and made the experience very enjoyable especially being that this was my first massage (done by Lashay🥰) and facial (done by Amber🫶🏾). Walking in I was offered a warm neck pillow but once I entered Lashay’s room it was like heaven from there on. I feel like Lashay and I connected whereas she knew my every aching pain and just took it all away🤗. She gave what I feel was the best massage experience ever…even the HOT STONES it was INCREDIBLE😆!! Loved loved loved loved my session with Lashay 1000/10 would do it again. After the massage I went to see Amber an amazing esthetician who was just the sweetest🥰. I had an amazing experience with Lashaye at Hand & Stone in Pembroke Pines! She is truly phenomenal. From the moment the session started, she made me feel completely comfortable and listened carefully to my concerns. Her technique is incredible — the perfect balance of pressure and relaxation — and she really knows how to target problem areas. You can tell she’s knowledgeable, skilled, and genuinely passionate about what she does. I left feeling refreshed, relieved, and better than I have in a long time. I absolutely love the services and the staff at this location. Every visit is relaxing, professional, and truly therapeutic. The team here is warm, attentive, and always makes me feel valued as a customer. With that said, I hope corporate takes note of something important from a loyalty perspective: customers should be allowed to use their accumulated sessions more flexibly. Being restricted from combining 1.5 sessions to book a 90-minute massage—and instead having to pay an extra $40 for the additional 30 minutes—doesn’t feel aligned with the customer experience that Hand & Stone is known for. Another amazing massage! Today I received a massage from Re'neisha, customizing the massage to target my areas of concern. She was absolutely amazing as always. During my pregnancy, I trusted LaShaye to do my prenatal massages. She as well focused on areas that would bother me, and always asked if I was comfortable on the table. I love how you're able to tell your massage therapist your needs and they have no issue customizing the massage. I Highly recommend this location, and these two massage therapist. I must say though everyone Is really good here.

I came to Hand And Stone to give my daughter her first teen facial. First of all, I didn’t even know that Hand And Stone offered teen facials. I just happened to call and ask because it was my daughter's 13th birthday, and I wanted her to get a facial and speak to an expert about skincare. Well, Ramona did just that; she did a fantastic job with my daughter‘s facial. She was gentle, she gave us opportunities to ask questions, and she talked through everything she was doing. She made both of us feel very comfortable. I would say that this was a 10 out of 10 for us. This is something I would definitely recommend; my daughter and I learned a lot.
