Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

Really should clean this place & make sure you have respectable people at reception. The only reason this is getting 2 stars is cause the service was decent but highly recommend looking elsewhere. Dark haired girl at reception is the most rude person I’ve ever spoken to in customer service & I genuinely had to stop myself from walking out after the disrespect and eye rolling. Place smells like mold/mildew and you can tell they don’t actually bother cleaning anything with all the build up on the walls & carpets. Pressure you into a membership which I had to say no to more than 5 times. Do better.

I enjoyed my massage today! The front desk team were very friendly and professional. The facility was cleaned and smelled good. I took advantage of the Christmas In July sale and purchase gift cards for my employees. Thank you, Hand and Stone Peachtree City for taking good care of me. 😀 I’ll be back!

Rebecca was very professional when encountering problems with two of the machines for my facial, she gave me options and was still very calm in her demeanor. The service was phenomenal very relaxed. I’ll definitely come again. We will ask for her.

This location needs to be deep cleaned. The carpet and walls are dirty. The front staff is very pleasant. I did not have A good experience with my therapist. I don’t want to put her name because I don’t want her to not get clients. But if she treats everyone like she treated me yesterday I’m sure others will complain. This location really needs to replace the carpet, paint the walls and deep clean the rooms. Only reason I gave it one star is because of the front desk staff. I felt so dirty after leaving yesterday from the room to the therapist energy I just left feeling so unclean with low energy. Hand & Stone is hands-down my favorite massage place. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is calming and welcoming, and the staff is always professional and kind. Every massage I’ve had has been amazing, customized, relaxing, and exactly what my body needed. I always leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and taken care of. Highly recommend! 10 STARS!!!!
