Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

Frustrated because when it is good it is amazing here. Very inconsistent unfortunately. I feel 1/2 relaxed. Did my back great. I had two areas of significant pain that I specified and were barely touched.Hurts more now than it did when I went in. I have been to this therapist before. Much better last time. A previous therapist there burnt my back after a hot stone last year. There's a really good therapist in Vero, always consistent but she won't stop talking during the massage even though I have "quiet" listed so due to the inconsistency and the fact that I just wasted about $140 that I should have used on a different kind of treatment since I am limping worse now, I will not be back. I had Such an amazing experience! My massage therapist Shawn actually listened to my concerns and adjusted the massage to exactly what my body needed. The attention to detail and focus on problem areas made a huge difference. It didn’t feel like a routine massage, it felt personalized and intentional. I walked out feeling incredibly relaxed and relieved of so much tension. Highly recommend!

Very RUDE ! If you’re Latin/Hispanic please don’t go to this place they discriminate against your color! Especially the massage therapist she was the one who canceled on us for our color ! My mom was very excited to get her massage done it was her birthday weekend 😔. I wanted her to relax and enjoy her day. Unfortunately we ran into a Racist therapist who refuse to take us for not speaking English ! It was a quiet session I already filled all her paperwork out and filled out where they had to focus on throughout the session. They even had the option for a quiet session or for some communication with the therapist. My mom just wanted her massage and to enjoy her self. I have had many memberships with Hand & Stone over the years and I have never run into issues like I have with the Palm City location. I was charged for the Black Friday Bogo deal and never received the gift cards or a telephone call letting me know they were available and to pick them up, they do not show up in my account on the app. More disturbingly, though, somehow my credit card information was transferred to another client’s profile. There have been three charges totaling $350 on my card and the manager is telling me that I am the one that needs to deal with it, that it does not appear to be an issue on their end. I went in for a service today. My husband bought my gift card yesterday when they were have a deal going on, spend $150 and get an extra $50. They never told him about this deal and he spent $120 on a gift card. I went in and asked if I can pay $30 more for the deal and they wouldn’t help me. The massage itself was really good, but I feel like all they really care about at the front desk is selling memberships. Very disappointing that they couldn’t remedy the situation. I will be going down the street to Palm city day spa from now on.
