Don't waste your time here. They offer quality service. Their employees are awful. They just want to steal your money. I came in December to give my husband a membership as a gift. The assistant only wanted my husband's information to schedule his appointments, not to collect payment. I've been calling since January to cancel the membership because of the bad experience I had with an employee during my massage; I didn't want to go back. But the manager just says she'll call you back whenever it's convenient so the days will pass and you'll have to pay the following month without even using their services. I've been trying to cancel since January, and now I have to pay for February and March! It's crazy that I haven't even used their services! $287.97. We're paying just because they want us

I always have such a great experience at this location! The front desk is always so helpful! Adrianna and Ama are so sweet and always greet me with a smile! The therapist, Jess, and Esthetician, Olga are both so thorough in my services. They each pay special attention to what I need each visit and I leave feeling amazing!

The only reason I'm giving it two stars instead of one is because I have been a member for 8 years and there were times when customer service was great. Unfortunately, trying to cancel my membership had been an awful experience. I just paid for my monthly membership Feb 15th and used the alotted monthly service on the 16th. After my service, I advised the receptionist that I'd like to cancel my membership. The manager was also there and after some discussion she offered a bi-monthly billing option, which I politely declined. At this point she advised that I still have to be charged again next month. While this may be "policy", I then ask if that can be waived considering I've been a member for so long, and I was told no and there's nothing that can be done since that's their policy. I a

I am writing this review for the customer service at the North Brunswick location. I called to make an appointment for a couples massage and Adrianna was super friendly and helpful. I've been a customer for almost 10 years and Adrianna, by far, was the most helpful person. She answered all of my questions as policies have changed throughout the years.

Buyer beware. I signed up for a special service that they pushed quite intensely to the sum of $750. They discontinued the service and got rid of the said technology. I was told that because I did not use the service within a year, I would not receive a refund. I asked that the funds could pay for the upgrades that I usually get with the standard facials. They won't give me a refund or credit. Total scam,, fraud. I will be contacting corporate regarding this unsavory business practice as well as the Better Business bureau of NJ. Do not buy any "special ' packages. Consumer fraud. The staff seems to rotate constantly, not a good sign of a properly run business. Awful.
