I've been going for a few years now and it's one of the few things I won't give up. I recommend Lilian. She finds the perfect balance of getting me to relax while also focusing on the areas that need to be worked on

The ladies there are very nice, but unfortunately, we will not be returning back. This is not handicap accessible AT ALL. Also, too much talking during the appointment…not a lot of relaxation. The appointment was mainly to relax and that was not accomplished.

The massage itself was good, I’d rate that 4 stars. My overall rating is 1 star due to the poor customer service provided by the front desk manager, Holly. This was supposed to be a gift for my husband’s birthday and was a surprise. I left a credit card on file. Prior to his appointment I had called to make the final payment over the phone but they refused. They never communicated that payment must be made in person or via gift card. I was not able to physically go due to work. My husband paid for his services when it was supposed to be a gift. Regardless of the payment, it was the managers behavior. I have always had good experiences with massages. Today resulted in a very bad experience with a scheduled facial with a specifically request requested aesthetician. The poor customer service provided by the manager, Kathy, results in my review. Hard to be told repeatedly that I did not request a specific person when that was inaccurate was hard to take. I did suggest that her handling of the situation and repeating it over and over was making it a problem. That meant, which I still intend to do was to go above her with my concern. She took it as a threat. Not a threat, just want someone to understand that I did not appreciate your poor service. Had a great deep tissue massage today - staff was polite and masseuse checked in continually , felt much better after and it was exactly what I was hoping for .
