Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I love Clare at the founders square location. She is so kind, thoughtful, and professional. Always checks in to see if pressure is ok, which I appreciate very much! Every time I leave a massage, my neck and back feel 100 times better. I swear she finds knots in my back I didn’t even know I had. She is truly an amazing massage therapist. I highly recommend her and the founders square location!

I have been coming here for quite a bit of time and it is always such a clean , professional and efficient environment. Tracey was by FAR the best massage therapist I have ever tried in my life. She truly was phenomenal and I can’t speak more highly of her. I NEVER write reviews but this has to be said .. she even remembered I was postpartum and showed me stretches at the end to get my body back to normal and feeling better -you can tell she loves what she does and is passionate ❤️

Anyone with pain will most certainly have to get a message at Hand and Stone located in Mercato ( located southern entrance before the movie theatre). I had never experienced any back pain in my life. I began experiencing painful sciatica. 6 months later…it got much worse. Pain level 6-9 ( out of 10), I was miserable. Yet the pain would disappear for a while. Fortunately I discovered Hand and Stone Message and Facials. I waked in and was immediately greeted by the knowledgable and friendly staff. I explained my situation and requested a message. I was scheduled the following morning 9AM! Almost immediate scheduling! 9:00 AM The highly trained and experienced message therapist approached me with a smile and a nod and asked me to follow her. Gorgeous message room. Decorated for a Zen ahhhh

Edit: I have been contacted and my money refunded I’m giving two stars because my massage and facial were wonderful. I’m taking 3 stars because I’m very disappointed in the business. I was gifted the Serenity Package for my birthday which includes a 50 minute massage and signature facial. After I handed over my gift card I was told my remaining balance owed was $70. I’m still very confused and I reached out to have someone contact me and no one has. It’s been a week now. Very disappointed. I would not recommend gifting anyone a service from Hand and Stone.

Maritza is the best!!! I have followed her for years at any location she is at. This new location Of hand and stone is excellent. The customer service, the cleanliness, comfort. I will 100% be returning back and referring all of my friends and family. Hand and Stone has the best kinds of massage therapists and wait staff you can’t go wrong with anyone you choose. Will definitely return 10/10
