I would give less than one star if I could. I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional customer service at this Hand & Stone Mount Dora FL location. From the start of the call, I was calling about an unresolved issue. Despite remaining calm and respectful, Jess, the front desk manager, repeatedly accused me of being “rude” . At one point she kept saying my first name over and over in a condescending manner, even after I politely asked to be addressed as “Mrs.” Instead, the request was refused by telling me “I would need to call her by her last name as well’. This statement clearly shows lack of respect for the customer and rather than de-escalating the situation, she escalated it. Absolutely fabulous facial by Santi. I was hesitant but it was an incredible relaxing experience. I had an anti aging facial with microdermabrasion. My skin feels and looks incredible. Thank you Santi. My skin regime is fully kicked back into gear. See you every 4 weeks.

I have been coming here for a few months. I am on the monthly plan. I enjoy it every time. Jessica is wonderful and always gets me loose and feeling good! Highly recommend!! Can’t wait for my next session. The hot sea salt rocks are amazing!!!

Don’t use Hand and stone especially Mt Dora. I had 4 credits of 280$ and don’t tell me it will expire if you cancel membership. Massage Envy is new and coming to Mt Dora. They use cleaner products and better service. This company has been going done hill and I was a member for 15 years in winter park.
