I had such a great experience with Michelle! She did an amazing job on my facial. She was very professional, gentle, and made me feel completely relaxed the whole time. My skin felt so clean, smooth, and refreshed afterward. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing and cares about her clients. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend Michelle to anyone looking for a great facial!

I got the classic clarity facial with Michele and she was phenomenal. She is so knowledgeable and addressed my skin concerns with such care. I had a lot of questions and she answered all of them patiently while making me feel very comfortable. She also gave me helpful recommendations and advice for taking better care of my skin. You can tell she has a lot of experience and truly cares about helping her clients. I had such a great experience and will definitely be coming back.

I had an amazing experience at Hand & Stone! Diane at the front desk was the first warm face I saw—so accommodating, offering drinks, with a soft voice and smile that made me feel at home. Jenny, my massage therapist, was equally kind and accommodating, making the experience perfect. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! 5 stars for massage and experience after leaving the lobby space. 0 stars for the unprofessional and crotchety front desk receptionist (older blond female with glasses) who is very monotone and speaks down to clients who are not the same demographic as her. I have been getting massages for 20+ years and originally joined H&S through their regional trainer who was the absolute best. Sadly she has since passed away during covid and I have had to relocate many times in search of a great location as a regular. I wouldn't come to this location if it wasn't for amazing lovely people like Mandy.
