Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I booked the introductory massage and facial. Unfortunately, the massage was very disappointing. It lasted only about 35 minutes and felt more like moisturizer being lightly rubbed on—there was little to no pressure. My massage was done by Maggie. I mentioned my concerns to the front desk, and they said a manager would reach out, but I was never contacted. On the other hand, the facial was excellent. Viviana was fantastic—very passionate about skincare, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She explained each step of the process, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend the facials here, but based on my experience, the massages seem to be a miss.

I’ve been a member of the wellness program for a few months and have been seeing Amber for facials at the location in Montclair, NJ. Amber is so helpful and knowledgeable about her craft. She’s very friendly. The staff at the front desk are also very friendly and helpful! I drive an extra 30 minutes just to come to this location specifically! I highly recommend. Just had my first facial of the year its my 3rd one in my life and I must say this is the best and most relaxing one ever.. Alexa was my esthetician and she was awesome. She saw my skin and got right to work. Walked me through the sequences and was very informative. She was very attentive to my facial needs and because of that I signed up for a membership with her!! Im looking forward to the next visit!

She made me feel very comfortable and helped me understand my skin. The staff at the front desk are friendly as well! I haven’t had a bad experience even once. Always leave feeling positively! They also have some products on the shelves in the lobby. They sell the items they use during the massages and facials. The wellness program is $85.25 a month and gets you one service per month, discounted at around $50 off according to their documentation. I have been going to Hand and Stone Montclair a few years. The staff is wonderful. Very easy to get appointments around my schedule. Pricing is reasonable when you join. They often offer incentives and specials for members. The quality of services is second to none. I can highly recommend Yhundra for a massage. Absolutely amazing. I look forward to her every month. If you are looking for a facial, Alexa is probably the best facial I've ever had. You won't be disappointed with the staff and services at this location.
