Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I have a Membership with Hand and Stone and I like that you can choose different locations. This location in Millville is larger than the other two that I visit and they offer free cookies and beverages. I had a facial with Marcella and she is a doll. She did a wonderful job and my face looked great! Customers also received a free gift bag of nice items. Highly recommend this particular establishment

I have had a few massages here and they are just okay. For christmas I got my husband a massage, paid for on my card. After his massage today the woman at the front desk attempted to upsell him on a gift card deal. But 2 gift cards for $140 and get a third massage gift card free. He was asking the details as it was his first time there so his massage was only $90 not the $140. The woman gave him an attitude, would not explain that the $50 difference was pocketed by hand and stone, and was rude when he declined the deal considering he wasn’t paying anyways! Just an unpleasant way to end something that’s supposed to be relaxing

First time today. Walking in smelled soooo good. The girls at the front desk were all nice and friendly. You will ask to fill out a questionnaire on a tablet about your allergies, medical history, etc. The appointment was for my 23-year-old son and me. The girl I had named Katelyn and my son was Marcela if I'm not mistaken. His experience was good. He said he felt relaxed and a little bit painful, lol. I did notice his face when he came out it was shiny and beautifully clean. Even his blackheads weren't there. She did a great job. My experience was good also. I felt relaxed in that room with soft music and dimmed lights. Every single thing she put on my face smelled soooo good. She massages the shoulders and neck area. Felt great when she finished. The lady that did my massage, her breath smelled so bad and her feet stink The room I was in, looked at like a room from an old office but the massage overall was great hope they update the rooms and give it more of an aesthetic spa vibe

Maricarmen is the best masseuse, I definitely recommend her! There’s a reason she’s always booked! But the manager has no empathy for when people need to reschedule their appointments for good reasons and still wants to impose a cancellation fee. There was another problem with cancellation of membership with the manager as well. It makes the company only care about money, and have no sympathy for people.
