Best Facial Ever! Before Lauren even started my facial she made sure I was comfortable with the lighting in the room, warmth of the bed and made sure I had a cup of water. Then, she started the facial steam and made sure it was just right. Lauren asked me questions about my skin to ensure I would have a great experience. She was very knowledgeable about the products she used and explained the process with each cleanser, exfoliate and cream she put on my skin. Lauren understood what my face needed in mid winter as it gets pretty dry, I left with soft and smooth skin. She was friendly, professional and I left feeling beyond pampered. I can’t wait to go back for another facial with her!

So I received a gift card to go here for a 50 min massage. Called made appointment. Showed up and asked for a 90 min one cause I thought the gift card was 90 it was only 50. Do u think they explained that the card is onky good for 50 no they went ahead and gave me n charged me for a 90 min massage then up charged me for the additional time and because the massage therapist asked me how I like my massage which I replied you can be strong I like a painful massage due to its actually feels better. They tried to charge me $279 for this. I was in shock. When I then asked well how much does my gift card cover it took the girl 29mins typing into her computer to then tell me my gift card was from another store and they would have to match the other stores prices. I just read another review about being uphold services and overpriced when using a gift card there. Same thing just happened to me too I used a gift card I got as a Christmas gift and went in for a massage next thing I knew I was charged 175 bucks and they automatically put it in my credit card cause u cant make an apointment without giving a payment method even when going on a gift card. Smells sketchy and seems like this mgmt is planing on scamming people who use gift cards and they seem to unchanged me to just make money off people who dont go there regularly. Scam stay away !!!!! Blatant fraud and false business practices

Hmmm seems Im not the only one here who seems to have gotten advantage of here. They ask you on a ipad or even by email before u get there or while updating your profile what type of massge and the level of pressure not mentioning that any answer you give drastically changes the price without first alerting you to this. I WANTED A MASSAGE. I am a guy a said do as much as you want I can take it. Well then then turned this into a few hundred dollars more of a massage and wouldnt take it off the price after cause now they claimed services were rendered. Yeah thats called fraud and called BAIT N SWITCH to me . Should be illegal too in NJ Like to DA office to look into this practice of luring customers inn n then switching the prices in last mins or post service. Unreal. Go to holmdel store
