01/20/2026 Today, I went to Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa and met some amazing people! The staff was totally awesome! Mrs. Nadine encouraging me to join the club(best advertising award), Ashia for my massage(the best hands ever), Britany for my facial(Midas touch). Caliyerh and Mrs. Phillis being so welcoming(smiles from glory). This is the place to be. I am so excited I was encouraged to join the club.(I DID IT!) I just recently had a birthday (01/19) and I spoke to the ladies and asked, "hey my birthday was yesterday what do you do for that?" I would love to see something implemented for this. Morgan was the best with customer service as I entered the facility, I immediately felt so welcomed. My facial was the best by Ms. Catherine, she is the best I’ve had, very very knowledgeable about my skin and the right products to use. 12/15/2025 I booked a massage with Ms. Tony, and let me just say—lights out. The massage was so good I almost started snoring. I walked out feeling like a brand-new person: refreshed, relaxed, and wondering why I don’t do this more often. While checking out, Ms. Caliyah at the front desk absolutely sealed the deal. She did an amazing job presenting additional service options—clear, thorough, and not pushy at all. No pressure, no sales tactics… just smooth professionalism. Before I knew it, I had purchased three additional massages as Christmas gifts for friends and family. Money well spent. Honestly, if Ms. Caliyah worked at a used car lot, she could probably sell me a Nissan Altima with 235,000 miles on it and I’d drive off smiling 😂. Best massage of my life! The atmosphere was peaceful, relaxing, and very clean. We were greeted by Caliyah when we arrived—she was incredibly warm and helpful, and made check-in easy. My massage therapist, Denise, was amazing. She used the perfect amount of pressure and checked in with me throughout to make sure I was comfortable. I left feeling refreshed and completely relaxed. My massage therapist Toni was absolutely amazing—talented, kind, and uplifting. I had beautiful, powerful conversations with each of them. My sister gifted me this visit before my wedding, and it was exactly what I needed! Before I left, Ms. Nadine even prayed over me. I left refreshed, covered in God’s blessings, and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!
