I’ve had a membership at Hand & Stone for many years. I’ve always liked the team members and there have been several times I have found a therapist that I will book over and over. Holly is my favorite. Because I have seen her many times, she knows how to work out my most stressed points! I’d recommend her for sure!

I left a $20 tip for the girl and massage me. My massage was already paid for I got charged $2171 of my bank account called store. She said they tried to call me as well. Why didn’t you just credit me if you knew the mistake now I have to wait 5 to 7 days for my credit. I have to pick up my car at the auto shop and I can’t get it. I told her I was not a happy customer. She said there was nothing she could do. I am disgusted. Not only did I have to wait for the credit I got insufficient bank charges, and my automatic payments were late because of no amount in the bank. This was two weeks ago. I’m adding to this review. Just got a call Saturday that my appointment was from 9 to 10. If I’m going to show up, I wouldn’t book a thing with this store. I was never offered any compensation. I block

Amy was a delight. Constantly checking in during our session to make sure I was doing alright. Was perfect with pressure, addressing my aches, and an absolutely pleasant conversationalist. If I lived closer, I'd make a point of coming back to the Marlton hand and stone as often as I could.
