Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

When I actually get the massage, it’s usually pretty good. I’m frustrated with having appointments “rescheduled” . I have a hard schedule for work that is not flexible, so when I have days off or time and I schedule an appointment, I usually pick “any therapist” so I get something that fits in my schedule. I have the monthly membership- have for years- been super loyal. There are so few locations now (maybe for a reason) nothing near where we live- I travel almost 30 minutes to and from the spa. If I cancel I lose all the money/purchases “banked” - it’s like being held hostage. this is really crazy and bad customer service. I would think twice about entering a contract like this ever again. I’m trying to find a way out. I’ve waited for a manager to call me, but no one has, so now

Fantastic customer service and convenient scheduling methods. The front desk staff were super pleasant and accommodating even offering me a drink of water. I waited about 5 minutes whilst filling out paper work, used the restroom and then was ushered to the room with my masseuse. Ilsa gave me the run down of what I should expect for my hour massage and even told me she would suggest some proper ways of sleeping. The massage was an hour long with Ilsa checking in with me very often when it came to the heat levels of towels or pressure she was applying. Truly a wonderful person for massaging, she also spoke to me which was very nice. Will be booking another message with her next month & referring friends/family. Restrooms were super clean and stocked, the massage room was also lovely.

Amanda was the best! Attentive, kind and went above and beyond to assure everyone in my group was comfortable. I had Melina as a therapist she was AWESOME! Thank you ladies for blessing me with a great massage but also an amazing experience. -sincerely a mom of two young girls that needed a break <3

A really great massage experience massage was wonderful. The deep tissue definitely needed but other than the massage I’m writing the review because the front desk associate Aracelis / Amanda gave me a really great experience not only just from conversation Because she brought checking in into the most comfortable experience that I ever felt, I didn’t feel interrogated. I felt welcomed her jokes were hilarious. Her smile was electrifying and the way she talk to me the next person. The next person she carries a really great energy, no matter what. but the amazing way she she multitask bringing an elevation experience to not only getting a massage, but to show a face to the business I would come back just to see where her position gets her because she can show she’s a one ☝🏼 WOMAN TEAM

No consideration for personal developments. I have chronic illness and need my car to travel and came upon a personal predicament with my car and they went ahead with their 50% cancellation Policy anyway. No consideration whatsoever.
