My wife was a member for over 2 years. They charged us $89/month. When we went to cancel with 13 massages left to use they told us we could transfer massages within 60 days. Then later told they could't be transferred at all. Terrible communication, constantly changing answers and a cancellation process that feels intertionally difficult. I highly recommend to find another place to do business with.

10 year membership and Everything was good until you need to cancel because you moved away. They will try to nickel and dime you and call it policy. You have better choices with better people in Laguna. Support local.

Ruth was my masseuse. She started off by asking me how she could spoil me...how can it not be great. I liked her approach. I had the 90minute massage with a peppermint scalp treatment and hot towel foot treatment. Ruth was attentive to my comfort and checked with me to make sure she knew what areas to work on and the amount of pressure needed. Additionally, I mentioned I like my knees done and she said she had a whole routine; she did and it was awesome. I came out feeling rejuvenated. Recommend.

I have been a member at this location for years. I’ve had nothing but great experiences from the quality of services and the customer care. The manager Kayla has always been very helpful for my wife and I! Her along with the other girls at the front greet us by our names any time we come in. I highly recommend the Himalayan salt stone massages. My wife loves the facials and diamondglow. I’m located 30 minutes away but it is worth the travel!!

Amazing facial by Laura today. I love when an esthetician explains the treatments in an unobtrusive way. Laura definitely knows her craft. The Image vegan products are absolutely amazing and my skin looked and felt like new at the end! On an admin note: we had an unforeseen hospital issue in Newport Beach and couldn't make our original booking in Laguna Beach- they scrambled and made a plan for us on a fully booked day. So appreciated- will definitely be back!
