I treat myself for a massage every year on my bday. Last time I went la Vida were transitioning to Hand and stone so this time it was my first time with the new franchise. I arrived 10 minutes before my massage and waited until past my appointment time, when I went to inquire the receptionist told me they were behind because someone before me came in late, I would be nice if I was informed when I checked in. Then they confused my name with a different client so 15 minutes later I was taken to a room with another masseuse whose original client went with my masseuse. I guess the masseuse wasn’t happy with the swap since she mentioned twice during my session that her regular client was taken away. I recently had a massage with Carlanda at this location, and it was superb. I do a lot of massages, and every time I get a massage from Carlanda, my back and shoulders feel better. I work out and play a lot of golf, so it's vital that I keep my muscles loose. She never fails in straightening out my back and muscles. True professional all the way,

She provides outstanding service every time and creates each session with personalized treatments for my skin - what it needs and how it may be augmented to look best. My nano needling with Dermalogica products (have done these twice now in 3 months) were awesome, just the right intensity to have a great lasting effect of plumper, brighter skin and reduction in little wrinkles and folds. My experience with LaVida was awesome! The staff were extremely kind, and the establishment was clean and really nice all together. Bum Sig was an amazing massage therapist! He evaluated my posture before starting and asked how the pressure was when beginning. I will definitely be back to see him! And the pricing was very fair. Great experience and customer service!

Isaiah was amazing! The massage itself was so good. I have had 3 neck surgeries, back surgery, and knee surgery, along with a spinal cord stimulator. I have been sore and my migraines have been so severe. With the massage itself helped so much!!! I had a plane to catch that night so it was amazing to feel so much less pain on the way.home. It has been a week today since I had the massage and I still feel relaxed, which is a miracle for me! Thank you Isaiah for helping me with my body feel so much better!
