Chevel was very detailed in her approach and took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the treatment. She made sure I understood what each product was for, what it was targeting, and how it would benefit my skin. I really appreciated how she broke down specific areas of concern and explained the different treatment options available for those areas. I received my first facial ever by Miss Chevelle, who was very knowledgeable of what she was doing. She also was very kind. She made me feel confident after my facial. I felt like she even went over and beyond for me. My overall experience was amazing. The staff the ambience of it all was very nice. The location is clean and great atmosphere. The staff is very welcoming and cater to your needs. Teresa who provided my spa service was very understanding taking her time to ask me questions about my health and concerns. She explained everything she was doing and how it will help me. Her hands were magical I would be seeing her again. I truly recommend her to everyone . Wonderful location and great service
