Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

This was my third massage with hand and stone but my first one at the Henderson location. I had an absolutely amazing experience with Tia at Hand & Stone! From start to finish, she was extremely professional, kind, and attentive to my needs. She made me feel comfortable right away and really took the time to focus on the areas that needed the most attention. The massage itself was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had, the perfect pressure, very relaxing. It was incredibly effective. I left feeling refreshed, and so much better than when I walked in. Tia truly knows what she’s doing and is amazing at what she does. I highly recommend booking with Tia if you’re looking for a top-tier massage experience!

I had a great experience here, the staff is friendly and helpful. As a larger person, I was concerned about the table being sturdy enough. The receptionist checked what type of table is used and the weight limit. Everything checked out just fine. I had a Fantastic massage by Christopher! Pressure was just right and he worked on my problem areas. I feel terrific! And will definitely book another massage!

Overall, the booking process and arrival experience were seamless. I treated my daughter, my son’s girlfriend, and myself to facials. I was serviced by Sierra, while the other three were with a different aesthetician, and their experiences were relaxing, professional, and rejuvenating. Unfortunately, my personal experience with Sierra did not align with the standards expected of an elevated spa. The service felt heavily focused on upselling rather than guest comfort. When I declined an upgrade, the tone of the interaction shifted noticeably, becoming dismissive and argumentative, with implications that results would not be achieved without the additional purchase. This approach was uncomfortable and detracted from the sense of relaxation and care that should define a premium experience.

I’ve been an extremely happy customer since Lisa M opened her first Hand and Stone! I’ve been going every month since she opened in Henderson. I’ve never been happier with an establishment. So professional, so accommodating, the place is always sparkling clean and fresh! Her staff are always uplifting and a joy to deal with. Charles is the best healing experience EVERY time. I may come in hurting but I leave jumping with joy ! I highly recommend you join the monthly experience. Well worth the small fee!

The perfect 45-90 minute escape from the rest of the world, in the hands of a professional massage therapist for a fraction of the price of any high end spa. Aroma therapy and specialty treatments (CBD, Hot Stone, etc) are all enjoyable upgrades at very reasonable costs. Already booked my next appointment!
