Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I’ve been coming to this location for quite some time and I’ve always had a pleasurable experience. The services are phenomenal and the treatment is tremendous, but I’ve recently seen that a lot of the ladies at the front desk that I usually speak with are no longer there. Which isn’t an issue but the new staff is quite rude and dismissive towards customers. I always enjoyed having a nice chat with the ladies.

Top notch experience. A must go to if you need a massage or facial. Best facial I ever received! Staff is wonderful, polite, and attentive to your needs. Manager Kelly is so helpful and really cares about the clients. I go once per month and alternate massage with facial. The membership is great. It’s no commitment and helps me afford to be able to go monthly. Highly recommend this location for either service. I’ve seen multiple massage therapists and they are all great.

If you send a friend to this place as a gift, make sure you pay attention to what they will charge as tip. My friend just used the gift I gave her and as I always give at least a 20% tip I wanted to add it to my account. This facility charged me $32 for a normal $16 claiming that my friend is not a member. Duh! If you told me that I would have offered a 0% gratuity. You guys just got greedy. Guess what? They offered to send me discount coupons that I may use on my next visits. Does that rectify the fact that they overcharged my account while I was being generous to gift a friend? No it does not. Absolutely best investment I made 2 years to getting a Membership. The place is clean and a nice pleasant environment. The staff are all kind, attentive and professional. They are flexible and work with you to make an appointment that fits your schedule. It is well managed. The Massage Therapists in my opinion have been all very good but I have to say that Judy was great, especially to address my neck and back issues. If you spend at least $100 bucks of month on things you don’t need, then it’s worth getting a membership with Hand and Stone to take care of yourself.

After having had a membership since 2021 I terminated it today due to dishonesty from the business on appointment availability for my usual therapist. As much as I understand gratuity is not mandatory, and have given in the past when I could, was casted aside and lied to from the front desk by stating the therapist was booked. Having stayed with them even through their price increase I felt I deserved a better answer than “ gratuity is the therapist second income” well after review with another therapist as I had no choice I found that my usual therapist was cutting corners with my service. Such a shame. With such a high front desk staff turnover it loses overall trust the clientele at the establishment. I have a spinal disability and can’t easily be shifted into random other therapists. I
