Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I cancelled my membership in July and was assured I would not be billed again. At the time of cancellation, I was asked to complete information on a tablet they provided, and I did exactly as instructed. Despite this, they continued charging my account. I’ve now been billed over $400 and have had to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Since I moved, I can’t even use the massages I’m being charged for. Hand and Stone claims I never completed their cancellation form, which is simply not true. I followed their process exactly as directed. At the end of every appointment with Vivian I think, wow, she is so good. Polished, professional, listens attentively, makes expert recommendations and never pressures me. Best of all, I can schedule ahead and know she’ll still be here, won’t have left, won’t cancel, and she’ll be perfectly on time. Every relaxing thing I want in a spa appt.

I’ve been coming to this location for years as a member. The front desk staff are always very kind and the addition of the warm weighted neck wrap while you’re waiting is really lovely. I always get massages with Stan, who is absolutely amazing. He really gets into my problem areas but makes sure that I’m not uncomfortable or in pain by checking in with me. I always leave feeling better and more relaxed.

My Masseuse Ben was amazing. I came in for the first time needing a prenatal massage BADLY after my busy babyshower the night before. The massage was thorough and he addressed the pain points which were my shoulders and back. I will definitely be back for another before baby arrives

This place is awesome! Ben is the best masseuse ever lol. He has the right amount of pressure and is responsive to feedback (I never give him any because he does so well). I can also tell he is REALLY paying attention to what my body needs instead of just going through the motions, which I really appreciate. This last time I told him I was stressed and he went to work finding my tense muscles and worked them loose. He is so attentive! Cannot recommend him enough.
