UPDATE: DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR DEBIT CARD! Please, always use a credit card so you can easily dispute fraudulent charges. I did not go to my appointment, I understood the 50% charge, that's fine, whatever, even though I thought I could get a regular massage and then was told I couldn't after the fact(story below). However, they charged my card as opposed to my already paid for package(that is set to expire shortly), when I called to correct the charge, I was informed it had to be charged on my card, that I couldn't use my package that would've paid for the whole service to cover half of the cost of service as the penalty. This review is about the Franklin Township location of Hand & Stone Massage. Furthermore, it is specifically regarding my dealings with the manager, Melissa. I’ve had to terminate my membership because of my travel schedule and I’ve had about six accumulated services. Upon terminating my membership. I was given a limited time to use them, understandably. My last appointment is scheduled for July 30. However, unfortunately, I was in an auto accident that left me with concussion and lower back pain. I called the location and explained my situation and ask for a postponement. Now I understand why there are so many 1 stars. I scheduled a 1 hour prenatal massage, but the massage lasted only 45 min. The 10 minute “consultation” was not previously mentioned during booking and even then that was barely 1 minute. The massage itself was far from what I expected - the therapist ignored key areas like my neck, knees, full back, and head, despite requesting a full body prenatal massage. I spoke with Alyssa, the manager, who offered another massage at an introductory price, but that’s not helpful as I live in another state. She said we already took $10 off your $15 massage upgrade so I can’t offer anything more. All in all - poor prenatal massage and poor management of customer satisfaction. I had the best experience. I had a facial with Jules, and she is incredible! I felt very relaxed, and she gave me advice on how to improve my skin and plenty of recommendations product wise. I would come back time and time again!

I have been going to Anabel for several months and she has been extremely professional and friendly. After every service I leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. I would definitely recommend paying her a visit!
