Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

This is the second Hand & Stone location I’ve tried in the area and by far is my favorite of the two. I’ve been a member for 9 months and joined after having a great experience with a masseuse (Dean). Dean is fantastic at what he does and for months was my sole go to masseuse. Last month I wanted a last minute massage on his day off so the front desk picked a person available for me and I was blown away by how phenomenal Eric is. If you’re looking for a good masseuse, I highly recommend both Eric and Dean.

Making an appointment was very easy checkin was a breeze and checkout was easy because they just confirmed I wanted to use the card I booked my appointment with. My masseuse was good. She had really great pressure, really firm. I could tell she found some tension spots and really worked to release tension in those areas. My complaints are the room could’ve been a little darker. I would’ve chose different music and next time I may just bring my own because there was some awkward silence is when a song with change to a different one. My biggest complaint was I didn’t get a full 60 minutes I got about 50. We started two minutes before my appointment and finished before we actually started. Now, it was evening and perhaps she was ready to go home I get that but don’t advertise a 60min massage

I cannot recommend Luke enough! His massages are absolutely incredible — he has a natural ability to find and relieve tension while still making the experience relaxing and restorative. He is professional, attentive, and really takes the time to listen to what your body needs. I always leave feeling lighter, refreshed, and completely renewed. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about their clients and delivers amazing results, Luke is the one!

I love getting my monthly massages with Keo! She has been amazing through my pregnancy. The ladies up front and the manager are always so kind as well. I enjoy coming knowing that the atmosphere is always clean and most importantly, relaxing.

Very calm and welcoming space. Carly is the BEST (anyone looking for really firm pressure….this is your girl!)! Also, Heather does amazing facials. Highly recommend….never any negative experiences here!
