Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I just visited the new Hand & Stone location in Fort Lauderdale and had a facial with Isabella, it was absolutely amazing! She is so sweet, talented, and made the experience incredibly relaxing. The zero-gravity and warm table made me feel completely immersed and comfortable the entire time. My skin looks glowing, and I left feeling so refreshed. Thank you so much to Brandi for the invitation, this new location is beautiful, relaxing, and definitely worth checking out. Highly recommend it! ✨

I had my first facial in over 10 years at Hand & Stone on 17th, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. When I arrived, Sydney greeted me with a refreshing drink and a warm neck wrap, which immediately made me feel relaxed and welcome. She explained the process clearly and was both courteous and efficient. My esthetician, Isabella, was knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. While I don’t have much experience with facials to compare, I felt she did an excellent job and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. The location itself was clean and inviting. I also appreciated that they carry well-known brands that you can purchase in-house if you’d like. I even checked the price of one product and found it was the same as at Sephora, which I was happy to see—no inflated

The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional — they made everything seamless and set the tone right away. And Enrique… wow. Hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. He was intuitive, attentive, and truly skilled — he knew exactly where to focus and delivered the perfect balance of relaxation and therapeutic work. I walked out feeling completely reset. Highly recommend and I will absolutely be back — especially to book with Enrique again!

I had a great experience at Hand & Stone! I booked a facial and upgraded to the Diamond treatment with Kenya, and she was excellent. She has a soothing voice, soft hands, and really took her time evaluating my skin before starting. The entire experience was relaxing and felt personalized. I loved it and will definitely be back to see her again. The front desk staff was welcoming. Amelia and Brooke were both very kind and professional. The spa was clean, calm, and well maintained.

I’ve had many massages over the years, but Fabiene truly stands out. From the moment the session started, her touch was intentional, confident, and incredibly calming. She took the time to understand my needs and customized the massage perfectly. Fabiene has an amazing ability to find tension without me saying a word. Her pressure was exactly right, and the flow of the massage felt seamless and thoughtful. I left feeling not only relaxed, but genuinely restored both physically and mentally.
