Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I was in horrible pain in my shoulders and hips. First appointment, Kevin listened to my shoulder and hip problems then proceeded to focus on those areas. I needed relief - he talked me through what he was doing and why. It was not a pleasant experience because I was physically a mess. The deep tissue massages from Kevin were exactly what I needed to be pain free. When Kevin is not available I see Cynthia. She is excellent too. I would rate them a 20 star if possible.

The most amazing massage of my life occurred at this Hand & Stone facility. Cynthia provided an exceptional hour long massage that left me in the most comfort zone I have experienced in many, many years. If I could give her 10 Stars I would. Thanks Hand & Stone for bringing this amazing massage therapist into your company!

This is my 3rd facial with Jessica and she is truly so great! She always asks what issues I may have at the time with my skin. She explains what she is using on my face and why. She makes recommendations of products and skin care routines. She truly cares about every one of her clients. I am happy that I have a membership and a monthly appointment at Hand and Stone, as it reminds me to take time to pamper myself! Also, the reception staff is wonderful...especially Aubrey! I also adore Michelle (Manager)...such a gem!

The front desk staff was very nice and friendly, and the facility was clean and welcoming. However, my massage with Cynthia was disappointing. I booked a deep tissue massage, but it felt more like she just rubbed oil on my body the entire time with little to no pressure. Other than that, everything else about the experience was great.

Best hour and a half of my life! I never leave Google reviews but this was my first time here and everything was incredible! I even spent less than what I had originally planned because they made a treatment plan for exactly what my scalp needed, 10/10!!!
