Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I usually have good experiences at this location but upon checking in I had to publically verbally say all my preferences (talking, buttox massage preference… I asked if I can just fill the form out myself and the receptionist was nice but said her manager requires it to outloud) it gave me a feeling that something MUST’VE happened as that is not typically done. Then, my masseuse for the day, Carrie (or Kerry?) was late and frantic when welcoming me. She asked where my trouble spots were and then left them for the very end with little to no time spent on therapy there. I also distinctly remember verbally saying that I wanted a quiet session and the massage therapist talked to me most of the time and I wasn’t too receptive so I was hoping she’d get a clue. DO NOT BOOK HERE. THE WORST customer service !!!! The women are beyond rude - establishment is filthy. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL, unaccommodating, and plain old rude. If you’re thinking of doing something nice for yourself don’t do it here. Give your money to a kinder company. I came for a massage and facial. I was given a male for my service, I expressed to the lady at the computer that this is against my preference and could she find me someone else. She said one persons name said she was booked out until Tuesday. I said this was not going to work for me. I had left pretty disappointed. To later find out I was charged a 45 dollar fee for cancellation. Where I feel this is unfair bc the company was unable to accommodate my needs. I showed to the appointment on time, expressed my concerns

Never ever give them your credit card! It’s unfortunate because the technicians are wonderful but the front desk/management keep charging my card months after I stopped in multiple times to cancel a “membership” I never signed up for. I had my credit card company dispute 3 transactions and 3 months later they still had my card on file and charged it again.

I’ve been a member for over five years. The services are exceptional as well as the customer service. Corinne, Ginny, and the other aestheticians are great. I occasionally get couples massages on my anniversary. Self-care at its best!

I received a birthday gift for here. I booked a facial with Gianna. I used to get facials regularly many years ago, but I hadn’t received one in a long time. It was such an amazing, relaxing, reinvigorating experience! Gianna is amazing at massaging your face and scalp. I genuinely believe she could massage my wrinkles away. No longer need botox. I have sensitive skin and eczema, she was very accommodating with that, and I had no reaction. My skin looked amazing afterwards; unpuffy, dewy, and glowing without makeup! I have never had a better experience at a spa, I will be back!
