Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I had the most amazing facial at Hand & Stone Dublin! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. My esthetician was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my skin concerns before starting the treatment. The facial itself was relaxing and left my skin feeling hydrated and glowing. The products used felt luxurious and gentle! I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this salon to anyone looking to treat their skin and unwind.

They check on you at the time of arrival if you have done a massage before and its your first time. If you are new to the massage world, make sure you tell them upfront which package you have. Coz knowing that you are new, they would do something else instead of the one we booked. Later after the session when asked about it, while the staff was scrambling for answers, the manager came to their rescue and had an answer prepared for this kind of question saying the dermotologist examines your skin and determines the best one for us which is what we get. If that was the case, they should have informed us before itself and not after the massage until we find out that we had the wrong one. One of the worst massage I ever experienced in my life !!!! Charged me 206$ for scratching my back🤬 it was a deep tissue massage and she was just rubbing oil on my body and keep rushing a session by saying she have an another appointment soon . Didn’t even clean the oil from my back and told me towel are there clean your body . I will never come back and suggest everyone not to waste a money here . 60$ Thai massage is million times better than this place. Whoever the owner is please change the name of your business from msssge place to Tickle place

I had such a wonderful experience from start to finish! The front desk staff was incredibly polite and informative — they explained the membership to me and all services! Now for when it got even better!! My esthetician ASHLEY was amazing to say the least. She really focused on what my skin needed and created such a relaxing atmosphere that I actually fell asleep during the treatment. Her techniques and hand movements were so soothing, and she took the time to explain the products she was using, which I really appreciated. I even ended up purchasing a couple of the products she recommended and I'm excited to try them at home. I also have really sensitive skin and I love that everything used didn’t irritate my skin. I was delighted with my visit today. Luanda was so kind when I called and requested a last-minute appointment. She arranged for someone who was going home to stay for one last massage. Boy, did i need it! I was so grateful. I booked a 90-minute hot stone massage with Alexandra and was not disappointed. She was very skillful, and she relieved the neck pain I was experiencing. I had an all-around great experience from booking to service provided. I will come back when I return on business and will look for Alexandras services again. I strongly recommend this place if you want a legit massage.
