Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I had a great experience at Hand & Stone Decatur with my esthetician, Charnice. She is extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable about both skincare products and what was going on with my skin. She took the time to explain everything and made thoughtful product recommendations based on my skin’s needs. I’ve already seen results since my first facial with her, which makes me even more excited to continue treatments and see the progress over time. It’s clear that Charnice really cares about helping her clients improve their skin. I highly recommend booking with her if you’re visiting the Decatur location!

I absolutely loved my experience! Upon walking in , I knew my experience would be great! Maya at the front desk was so hospitable and informative! I learned about products and the membership which I will be getting because it can be used in different states! The masseuse, mariama was fantastic as well! She made sure I was okay and comfortable every step of the way! And my those hands are blessed!! I will be back my next time in Atlanta.

From the moment I walked in the customer service was exceptional! I felt so welcomed by the entire staff. My plan was to only purchase a product but due to the customer service I decided to receive a facial. My esthetician was Charice!! She was a Godsend! I truly appreciated her patience with my many questions. She took time to educate me on the products along with her approach. My skin feels amazing! This was my first experience at Hand and Stone so I didn’t know what to expect. I highly recommend this location!! I have zero complaints and I can’t wait to return. I’m so grateful for this experience 😊

I had a great massage with CaseyS at Decatur Hand and Stone. He has a nice and professional attitude. His method of massage was effective in easing the pain in my shoulders and back. The front desk help was also great in explaining the process of the establishment. So nice! I will an to go back

Awww... I look & feel real fancy in my skin. I had an opportunity to have Charnice nourish my face, neck, and massage my shoulders. She enlightened me on my skin and shared with me what my focus needs to be for great skincare. Lastly, Cortez, the massage manager, was witty, professional and very helpful in getting me squared away with my products and next appointment. Couldn't ask for a better staff and massage experience. ☺️
