Hand and stone is amazing!! I’ve had a membership on and off for two years. Everyone I’ve seen was great. I’m not sure what people are talking about, it was easy for me to cancel my membership. I missed it so much I joined again. I’ve also frozen my membership and it was easy. You just have to ask what the date is that your money is withdrawn and it needs to be 2 weeks before (or something like that). If you ask the front desk they will explain it to you. It’s like any kind of membership there are dates involved when you sign up.

Do not waste your money here and especially do not become a member here! I was a member for years, and towards the end I had too many credits so I cancelled my membership to use all of my credits. One credit (ie one massage) expired after 60 days, even though I was told I had 90 days to use it. When I called to ask if I could use it, I was told no. They did not care about my years of loyalty - 7+ years to be exact. That's over 84 massages I got with them. Their loss. Their masseuses are extremely hit or miss. I had a great woman for a long time there but she left. They must not train them well because most of them consistently provide low quality massages - they are just bad. I was in Conroe for the day and decided to have a massage. I was a walk-in; the ladies at the front desk kindly booked me a 50 min massage with Sabrina. Sabrina was AMAZING! She knows how to take a tense / stressed neck and shoulders and turn them into relaxed and comfortable. I’ll be sure to be back on my next visit! Thank You Ladies!

Truly an amazing experience. My wife and I decided to get a couples massage for our 10 year wedding anniversary. They arranged for her to have a prenatal massage (9 months pregnant) next to me. This was our first time ever having a professional massage and we were not disappointed. Fantastic atmosphere, amazing staff, and the membership is a great bang for the buck even if you're planning only to go once in a while. 10 out of 10 will be back again. <3
