Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I have been coming here for almost ten years. Amy is a fantastic esthetician. She really cares about her clients and is very caring. I turned very red after my last facial and she checked on me the next day! She’s not pushy at all when it comes to products and the product I have bought from her recommendation is amazing! I will be a long time client of hers! 😊

Excellent services! Five stars isn’t enough! I was booked for a massage and facial. I can not say enough! The Masage therapist, Jessica used her expertise and knowledge to target my trouble spots and relieve my tension. The perfect pressure for what ails you. Not only was the tension significantly diminished I haven’t seen or felt this great in a long time. I would recommend her any time. My facial was equally wonderful. Kelly did an amazing job. She examined my skin explaining what she would do She was non judgmental and put me at ease. I flexes even further and even dozed off during the treatment. I look and feel amazing. Again I can’t be more positive about my experience. And would recommend a facial from Kelly The Spa and the staff are accommodating, clean and welcoming

Terrible and stressful experience. I found out that these storefronts are franchises and their methods are different compared to others. For example, I had unused credits that I paid for from prior months and my cancellation paperwork confirmed it as well but by the time I tried to use it, they actually took it back without explanation. In another prior incident, they would not credit me the discounted gift rate for a gift certificate I purchase due to an online glitch that did not let me sign on as a member even after they found out that they took my email address down incorrectly - it was a frustrating experience being redirected to the same erroneous that they caused. Then when we made an error in scheduling to use the full price gift certificate, we called before closing but NO ONE pic

I have had two facials with Amy at the Commack Hand and Stone location and she is just fabulous. She is very attentive to your skin’s needs, while making good recommendations for desired results, and does a fantastic job, especially during the facial massage. I leave feeling extremely relaxed and my face glowing. I highly recommend Amy for any facial service.

Very unprofessional, loud staff. Usually I don’t write reviews but I just think it’s inappropriate for people who work at a massage place to be cursing loudly or making jokes about farting for customers to hear… these instances happened in the front and also in the area of where the massage rooms are. This was such a waste of money. Also I got double charged but I’m so over it that I don’t care to call and speak to them again.
