Cassandra has been my day 1 go to. She is thorough and attentive to areas you feel need more attention. She makes your appointment an experience. I tend to sleep and snore through each appointment because I’m so relaxed. My last appointment was the first time we really spoke and she is very kind and warm person overall. I always look forward to my next appointment.

Massage with aromatherapy and hot stones. Today was my first massage, and it was amazing! Sarah greeted me as soon as I walked in and helped me get prepared/relaxed for my massage. My Massage Therapist was Jordana. To sum up my experience in one word: phenomenal. I felt welcomed and relaxed from the time I entered the facility until the time I left. It was a very comfortable and clean environment. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Sarah and Jordana, for making my first experience worry-free! My next session is already booked, and I plan to try other services in the future.

I’ve been a Hand & Stone member for several years and have experienced many estheticians across the country — Megan is truly top tier. She’s incredibly professional, with an amazing touch and technique that immediately puts you at ease. I love that she is so knowledgeable about the products and can assess with ease what services you may need. What stands out most is her awareness and presence; she moves so quietly and intentionally that you stay fully immersed in the experience from start to finish. On top of her skill, she has such a kind, gentle energy and wonderful customer service. Megan is the full package! 10/10 highly Recommend!

Update: the manager contacted me within a day of my appointment and offered to make it right. How businesses respond to their reviews mean almost as much as the services! Thank you! Have been to Hand and Stone many times, but this was, by far, one of my worst experiences. Scheduled a deep tissue massage. The pressure was, at best, a light Swedish massage. I wasn’t asked how the pressure was until the massage was over. For the record, this therapist should not be scheduled for any service that requires any kind of pressure. The bed warmer wasn’t on at the start of the massage and was never checked by the therapist. The dimmer in the room didn’t work, causing the therapist to place a cloth over my eyes during the latter part of my massage. My assumption is she was too afraid she’d knock the

I was so impressed with the customer service from the time I called to book and upon arrival I was met w a warm neck wrap w the nicest employees and then VIRGINIA for a deep tissue massage! Wow… one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend.
